My name is Vijay, I need one help from you, Requirement is like this ,my DB is on 9.2.0.3.0 in 11.5.9. os is Hp-unix 11.11 Wants to upgrade the db from 9.2.0.3.0 to 9.2.0.8.0 or 10R2. In your view which one is better? What would be the issues/benefits/risks for going to 9.2.0.8.0 and 10gR2?
It would be a gratefull if i get suggestions or Docs.

Are you running both tiers on Linux? We are running the appl tier on Linux but the db tier is on HP-UX/Itanium.
yes, i'm running both tiers on Linux. Why do you have two different operating systems ?
